What should I include in an equipment enquiry?
Send the product names or equipment list, quantities, preferred specifications and delivery location. If you have a specification document, mention it in your enquiry and attach it when you send the email.
What information helps with a service request?
Include the equipment type, make and model, your facility location, and a description of the fault or service required. You can attach photographs and supporting documents in your email app.
Can I contact you about an existing system?
