  • Uptime: The percentage of time the TCO & Lifecycle Budgeting Service is available and operational to the client for intended use, excluding scheduled maintenance.
  • Response Time: The maximum time allowed for the service provider to acknowledge and begin addressing a reported incident or request.
  • Resolution Time: The maximum time allowed for the service provider to resolve a reported incident or fulfill a request, measured from the time of initial acknowledgment.
