  • ECAR Service: The service of providing detailed reports on the condition of specified client equipment, including but not limited to, visual inspection, diagnostic testing, analysis, and recommendations for maintenance or replacement.
  • Report Request: A formal request submitted by the Client to the Provider for an ECAR on specific equipment.
  • Response Time: The maximum time allowed for the Provider to acknowledge receipt of a Report Request and initiate the assessment process.
  • Report Delivery Time: The maximum time allowed for the Provider to deliver the completed ECAR to the Client after the assessment has commenced.
  • Uptime Guarantee: The percentage of time the ECAR Service is available for Client use, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond the Provider's reasonable control.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Pre-announced periods when the ECAR Service may be unavailable for updates, upgrades, or system maintenance. The Provider will provide at least [Number] days' notice for scheduled maintenance.
