  • Response Time: The time elapsed between the initiation of a request by a client node and the reception of a valid DICOM response from the DICOM Node Integration & Routing Service.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Planned periods of downtime for system updates, patches, or upgrades. Customers will be notified at least 48 hours in advance of any Scheduled Maintenance.
  • Unscheduled Downtime: Any Downtime that is not Scheduled Maintenance.
  • Availability: The percentage of time the DICOM Node Integration & Routing Service is operational and accessible.
  • Critical Operations: Key functions of the service, including but not limited to: DICOM Association Establishment, C-STORE requests, C-FIND requests, and C-MOVE requests.
  • Service Credits: A percentage of the monthly service fee that may be credited to a customer's account in the event of a failure to meet the guaranteed Availability.
  • Incident: Any event that causes or may cause a disruption to the DICOM Node Integration & Routing Service.
