The Provider guarantees a minimum of 99.9% Uptime for the Medical Gas Purity Testing & Verification Service, measured on a monthly basis. This guarantee excludes periods of Scheduled Maintenance and events beyond the reasonable control of the Provider (Force Majeure).

3. Response Times

The Provider commits to the following response times for support requests logged via the designated support portal or email address ([Support Email Address]):
