Key Definitions
- Service Commitment: The commitment by the Provider to deliver the Shielded Door Fabrication & Installation Service within agreed-upon parameters.
- Scheduled Maintenance: Planned periods during which the Service may be temporarily unavailable for updates, upgrades, or essential maintenance. Notification will be provided to the Client at least [Number] days in advance.
