  • Shielding Assessment: Evaluation of electromagnetic, RF, or other required shielding integrity.

3. Response Times

Response times are defined as the time from when the Customer submits a formal request for assessment (e.g., via designated portal, email, or support ticket) to the Provider's acknowledgment of the request and initiation of the assessment process.

4. Uptime Guarantees

Uptime guarantees apply to the availability of the Provider's assessment platform and the scheduling of dedicated assessment resources as per the agreed-upon service plan. This does not include Scheduled Maintenance.

5. Exclusions

This SLA does not cover:

  • Issues caused by the Customer's network, equipment, or actions.
  • Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, acts of war).
  • Third-party service provider outages beyond the Provider's direct control.
  • Any issues arising from non-compliance with the Provider's recommendations or pre-requisites.

6. Service Credits

In the event of a breach of the uptime guarantees, the Customer may be eligible for service credits as outlined in the Commercial Agreement. Specific credit calculations are detailed in the accompanying Commercial Agreement.
