  • Downtime: Any period during which the Service is unavailable to the Client due to a failure in the Service, as determined by [Your Company Name]'s monitoring systems or reported by the Client and verified by [Your Company Name]. Planned maintenance is excluded from Downtime.
  • Response Time: The maximum time allowed for [Your Company Name] to acknowledge a reported issue and initiate troubleshooting efforts.
  • Resolution Time: The maximum time allowed for [Your Company Name] to restore the Service to operational status after a Downtime event.
  • Uptime: The percentage of time the Service is available and functioning as intended, calculated over a calendar month.
  • Critical System Failure: A failure that renders the primary life support equipment or essential consumables completely non-operational, posing an immediate threat to patient safety.
