  • Scheduled Maintenance: Pre-announced periods of planned downtime for system upgrades, patches, or other maintenance activities. Customers will be notified at least 72 hours in advance of Scheduled Maintenance.
  • Excusable Downtime: Downtime caused by factors outside of the Service Provider's reasonable control, including but not limited to, Force Majeure events (acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters), third-party network outages (internet service providers, cloud infrastructure providers beyond the Service Provider's direct control), Customer's equipment or network failures, or Customer's misuse of the Service.
  • Target Response Time: The maximum acceptable time for the Service to acknowledge and begin processing a DICOM message request.
  • Uptime Percentage: The percentage of time the Service is available and operational during a given month, calculated as ((Total Minutes in Month - Downtime Minutes) / Total Minutes in Month) * 100.
