This includes testing for purity, moisture, and specific contaminant levels as per applicable medical gas standards (e.g., USP, ISO).
- Scope of Coverage: This SLA applies to the remote monitoring platform, data reporting portal, and technical support provided by the Provider during the agreed-upon contract period.
- Exclusions: This SLA does not cover issues arising from the Client's internal network infrastructure, third-party software or hardware not provided by the Provider, force majeure events, or Client-induced system misconfigurations.
- Service Hours: The Service and its remote monitoring components are intended to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, unless otherwise specified for scheduled maintenance.
- Scheduled Maintenance: The Provider will provide the Client with at least 72 hours' advance notice of any scheduled maintenance that may affect Service availability. Scheduled maintenance will ideally be performed during off-peak hours.
- Technical Support Hours: Technical support for urgent issues will be available during the following hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM [Client's Time Zone], excluding public holidays.
