- Business Day: Any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in [Specify Location].
- Response Time: The maximum allowable time from when a Decontamination Request is received by the Service Provider during Service Hours until the Service Provider acknowledges receipt and initiates the service scheduling process.
- On-Site Decontamination Completion: The time from the arrival of the decontamination team on-site until the completion of the decontamination process for the requested equipment, as defined in the scope of service.
- Critical Equipment: Medical equipment identified by the Client as essential for immediate patient care and whose downtime would significantly impact operations. Such equipment will be listed in Appendix A.
- Standard Equipment: All medical equipment not classified as Critical Equipment.
- Uptime Guarantee: Refers to the availability of the decontamination service itself, meaning the Service Provider's ability to accept and process Decontamination Requests within the agreed-upon response times. This does not guarantee the uptime of the medical equipment being decontaminated.
