- Response Time: The maximum time allowed for the Provider to acknowledge receipt of a Service Request and initiate the next step in the fulfillment process.
- Uptime Guarantee: The percentage of scheduled operational time that augmented biomedical staff are available and performing their duties as per the agreed-upon service level.
- Scheduled Operational Time: The hours and days during which the augmented biomedical staff are expected to be available and working, as defined in the individual placement agreements or master service agreement.
- Downtime: Any period during Scheduled Operational Time when augmented biomedical staff are unavailable due to reasons attributable to the Provider's obligations under this SLA (excluding client-caused delays or force majeure events).
- Critical Incident: An event that renders a significant portion of the augmented staff unable to perform their duties, impacting essential biomedical services.
