Definitions

  • MGPS Design Service: Refers to the provision of detailed engineering designs, specifications, calculations, and drawings for Medical Gas Pipeline Systems as per agreed-upon project scope and applicable standards.
  • Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM [Client's Time Zone], excluding public holidays.
  • Downtime: Any period during which the MGPS Design Service is not available for client access or use. Planned maintenance is excluded from Downtime.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Pre-announced periods during which the MGPS Design Service may be unavailable for maintenance and upgrades. Notice will be provided at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Service Request: Any request submitted by the Client for support, clarification, or minor modifications related to the delivered MGPS design.
  • Critical Issue: An issue that renders a significant portion of the MGPS design unusable or non-compliant with core project requirements, preventing progress on a critical path item.
  • Major Issue: An issue that impedes the usability of a significant aspect of the MGPS design but does not completely halt all progress.
