  • Planned Overhaul: A scheduled, comprehensive maintenance service performed on client equipment at predetermined intervals to prevent failures and ensure optimal performance. This includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication, replacement of wear parts, and functional testing.
  • Response Time: The maximum allowed time from the initiation of a support request by the client (related to the Planned Overhaul service) until the service provider's technical team begins active investigation and troubleshooting.
  • Downtime: The period during which the client's equipment is unavailable for its intended use due to an issue directly caused by or related to the Planned Overhaul service itself (excluding planned downtime agreed upon for the overhaul execution).
  • Uptime Guarantee: The percentage of time the equipment is expected to be operational, calculated from the completion of the Planned Overhaul and subsequent recommissioning, excluding scheduled maintenance windows and force majeure events.
  • Critical Incident: An event that renders the client's primary operational equipment completely non-functional and has a significant impact on business operations.
  • Major Incident: An event that significantly degrades the performance or functionality of the client's operational equipment, causing substantial impact to business operations.
