Definitions
- Service Hours: The hours during which support and restoration services are available. Typically, this will be Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM [Client's Time Zone], excluding public holidays.
- Response Time: The maximum time allowed for the Provider to acknowledge a reported service issue and initiate diagnostic or restorative action.
- Resolution Time: The target time for resolving a reported service issue. Please note that actual resolution may depend on the complexity of the damage, parts availability, and client availability for access.
- Downtime: Any period during which the Client's equipment is rendered unusable due to cosmetic damage requiring restoration, preventing normal operation. Minor cosmetic blemishes not affecting functionality are not considered downtime.
- Scheduled Maintenance: Planned periods for routine checks, cleaning, or minor touch-ups that are communicated in advance to the Client and do not count as downtime.
- Emergency Service: A critical service request that renders the equipment unusable or poses a significant risk to operation or safety, requiring immediate attention outside of standard Service Hours.
