Uptime Guarantee (Post-Service)98% Uptime for equipment regarding cosmetic integrity impacting functionality or appearance beyond acceptable wear and tear, for a period of 6 months post-service.Percentage of time the equipment remains in a cosmetically sound state without issues directly attributable to the restoration/repainting service, as reported by the Customer and verified by the Service Provider, over a 6-month period.For every full percentage point below the 98% uptime guarantee within the 6-month period, a credit of 5% of the original service fee will be applied to the next invoice, capped at 30% of the original service fee.

Key Service Definitions

  • Equipment: Any physical asset provided by the Customer for cosmetic restoration and repainting.
  • Restoration & Repainting: The process of repairing cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, minor surface imperfections) and applying a new paint finish to the exterior of the equipment.
  • Service Request: A formal request submitted by the Customer for equipment restoration and repainting, initiated through the designated portal or contact method.
  • Response Time: The maximum time allowed for the Service Provider to acknowledge and initiate action on a Service Request.
  • Uptime Guarantee: The percentage of time the restored and repainted equipment is expected to be in a cosmetically sound and fully functional state after service completion, assuming normal operational use by the Customer.
  • Downtime: Any period during which the equipment is unusable due to a defect in the cosmetic restoration or repainting service that impacts its functionality or appearance beyond acceptable wear and tear.
  • Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Customer's local time), excluding public holidays.
