This includes, but is not limited to, inability to access a critical area due to unaddressed route obstructions or a structural failure during rigging.
  • Major Incident: A situation that significantly impedes the planned operations or causes a delay of more than 24 hours in the project timeline, but does not render the equipment completely unavailable or pose an immediate safety risk. This could include discovery of a significant route obstacle requiring substantial redesign or a rigging component issue that necessitates significant rework.
  • Minor Incident: A situation that causes inconvenience or a minor delay of less than 24 hours but does not impact the overall project critical path or safety.
  • Uptime Guarantee: This service is project-based. Uptime guarantees are measured by the availability of our planning and support personnel during agreed-upon project execution windows. A 99.5% availability is guaranteed for planned project execution times.
  • Exclusions: This SLA does not cover delays or issues caused by client-provided information inaccuracies, unforeseen external factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes), or modifications to the scope of work after the initial agreement.
