  • Service Provider: The entity responsible for executing the refurbishment and fit-out services.
  • Critical Issue: An event that renders the radiology room completely unusable for its intended purpose, posing an immediate risk to patient care or safety.
  • Major Issue: An event that significantly impairs the functionality of the radiology room, causing substantial disruption to operations but not complete unavailability.
  • Minor Issue: A cosmetic defect, minor functional inconvenience, or an issue not directly impacting the core functionality of the radiology room.
  • Response Time: The maximum time allowed for the Service Provider to acknowledge and begin addressing a reported issue.
