- Commissioning Support Response Time: The Provider shall provide remote or on-site technical support within the specified response times during the commissioning phase.
- Performance Testing Response Time: The Provider shall provide remote or on-site technical support within the specified response times during the performance testing phase.
- Uptime Guarantee (Post-Commissioning & Successful Testing): Upon successful completion and acceptance of commissioning and performance testing, the plant is guaranteed to operate at its specified capacity and purity levels for the duration of the warranty period, assuming proper operation and maintenance by the Client.
- Downtime Definition: Downtime is defined as any period where the PSA Oxygen Plant is unable to produce oxygen at the agreed-upon purity and flow rate due to a fault attributable to the equipment or the Provider's commissioning/testing work.
